Uh Oes, Oh Noes!

  • Mood: Optimism
My baby Nubbin finally has his first trial coming up in less than two weeks! I'm nervous, but I'm anxious to see how he is in the field.

Silence is getting his ears stitched to stand up.

We did a home invasion with him the other night along with some clients' German Shepherds with hidden sleeve. Silence tore into the hallway, using his nose to locate the decoy. Found them (they have kids running around by the way, two boys 2 and 4 playing Batman and Power Rangers, lol)and bit down hard. I love doing the fun stuff. ;)

"Thats so STRAIGHT!"

Yeah, he'll do fine. He's going to make a hell of a police dog. He's going to be in a demo in Cinci for Obedience for PAC. Maybe a bitework one, but it could be Ghostface the pit bull that does it, he's going for his II title in PSA.

We should get together sometime. We train a client right down the street off of 61st who has 3 shepherds.
