My baby Nubbin finally has his first trial coming up in less than two weeks! I'm nervous, but I'm anxious to see how he is in the field.

Silence is getting his ears stitched to stand up.

We did a home invasion with him the other night along with some clients' German Shepherds with hidden sleeve. Silence tore into the hallway, using his nose to locate the decoy. Found them (they have kids running around by the way, two boys 2 and 4 playing Batman and Power Rangers, lol)and bit down hard. I love doing the fun stuff.

I am doing things that will finally make my life happier. I am taking steps that will make me more independant and self-propelled and I am motivated. Here are things that are GOING to happen in the future. Most will be this year.

1. I will start my new schooling career at the Academy of Art Online as an Illustration major. Going for the BA.

2. Apply at many different police departments and will land a job at one of them.

3. Get married next Spring. Yes folks, the date has changed to March 22, 2010.

4. Silence will be titled this March and April. French Ring Brevet and Protection Sports Association Protection Dog Certification. He will also get his Working Aptitude Certification. He will be trialing in PSA I this September in the Regionals in Chicago.

5. Take Animal Behavior College course just to get a certificate.

This is what is going to happen this year and I am determined to make it so!
